Gulab jamun ki sabji jodhpuri style, Mawa Kofta curry , Gulab Jamun ki Sabji banane ki vidhi, Khoya Paneer Kofta Curry

Ingredients of Gulab Jamun Curry

Mawa (मावा ) – 3/4 cup (150 gms)
Cottage cheese (पनीर ) – 1/4 cup (50 gms )
Ararot (अरारोट ) – 1/4 cup (25 gms)
Cashews (काजू ) – 20
Tomatoes (टमाटर ) – 3 ( 250 gms)
Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च) – 2
Whisked Fresh Curd (ताज़ा फेंटा दही) – 1/2 cup
Oil (तेल) – for frying and for gravy
Green Coriander (हरा धनिया ) – 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chili (हरी मिर्च) – 1 ( quarter)
Cumin seeds (जीरा ) – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी) – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) – 1 tsp
Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च ) – 1/2 tsp
Ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट ) – 1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves (कसूरी मेथी ) -2 tsp
Garam masala (गरम मसाला ) – 1/4 tsp
Salt (नमक ) – 1 tsp ( or to taste)

How to make Gulab Jamun Sabzi :
1. Take soft Mawa (dhaap) crumble, add paneer.Mix them mash and make them smooth. Add ararot, Mash and make a soft dough,
2. Make round balls. Meanwhile heat oil in pan. Medium hot oil is needed to fry the gulab jamun, flame should be medium and slow.
3. Put the gulab jamuns to fry, fry well till golden brown, then take it out. Fry all likewise.
4. For gravy heat pan, add oil, when hot add cumin seeds, turmeric powder. Reduce flame. Add ginger powder, coriander powder,dry fenugreek leaves.
5. Add chili, roast spices. Also add cashews-tomatoes- green chilies paste. Add red chili powder, Roast the spices till oil floats over it. Keep flame medium.
6. Add chopped cashews to the masala, Roast the masala well. Add fresh whisked curd, Stir is constantly,keep flame high. Stir and cook it till it boils. As oil separates,Add 1 cup water to it.
7. Let the gravy boil, add salt and garam masala. Mix well add green coriander. Cover and cook the gravy on low flame, for 3 to 4 minutes.
8. Gravy is ready, Add the gulab jamuns to it. Mix well.Cover and Keep it on low flame for 1 minute. Turn off flame.

Serving :

9. Sumptuous Gulab Jamun Sabzi is ready. Take out in a bowl, garnish it with some green coriander and have a yummy meal.
